Check out the new Cookery School Schedule for September and October offering an extensive range of cookery classes including how to create authentic Italian family dishes, soups and casseroles, morning baking classes and easy family suppers, you will get the chance to cook alongside Clodagh and discover the delights of home-cooking using fresh and seasonal ingredients. We offer 1 day courses and also evening courses and have now introduced shorter morning classes from 10am- 12.30pm. The Canal Café and The General Store are now open Tuesday to Thursday from 11am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 11am until 6pm.
Closed Monday.
 

Don’t forget our Farmers Market every Friday from 10am to 3pm when some of the best artisan producers from around Ireland will descend on The Village at Lyons. The Farmers' Market will run weekly so come along and sample great produce and meats and take home to your family the best Ireland has to offer.
