- Cocktail Classes at The Village at Lyons
Learn how to create some tasty concoctions using the very ingredients we all have at home. Here at the Village at Lyons we now offer an exclusive cocktail training class, where our Cocktail Bartender Tomás O'Brien, will show you the basic principles, the necessary tools, and how to serve. Learn how to make the Classic Cosmo to the Refreshing Bacardi Mojito. Plan your own Summer Festive Parties with the knowledge of Cocktail Making.
Our exclusive Cocktail Classes provide you with the necessary training to ensure you too can create the perfect drink. You will be introduced to Aperitif cocktails and Pre-Dinner drinks, to Digestive Cocktails and Dessert Drinks! An exclusive evening of experiment and tasting. Prepare your own drinks and taste all of your own cocktails.
Cocktail Evenings are to be held exclusively in our Newly built Mill Mezzanine Bar from groups as small as 6-15 persons.
We will provide transport to and from The Village at Lyons to nearby towns, Celbridge, Leixlip, Maynooth, Newcastle, Straffen and Ardclough.
Classes will be held in our spectacular Mill Room. Classy cocktail classes cost only €40.00 per person, including demonstration, tasting, and cocktails. Minimum 6 people required per class and maximum of 15. Classes can be booked by phone on (01) 6303500 or by e-mail at info@villageatlyons.com
- Wine Tasting Evening
The Village at Lyons will be hosting a wine tasting evening the last Friday of every month.
Starting off with a champagne reception
Then enjoy a 5 course tasting menu and taste a different wine with each course.
Our win professional will be there to talk you through the different wines and will answer all your questions through out the evening.
