Please pass on our congratulations to him, Nick who was sat next to me said that the lobster course would be the hardest from a banqueting point of view. I sat back and watched him take the first taste, taking his time to take in the flavours, then he went on to clear the plate adding a little for the jug on the side. To follow that with beef that was cooked to perfection was a real plus.
