"...the team at the Mill were fantastic. The evening was very memorable and the food outstanding... the chef, Paul was incredible. Please pass on our congratulations to him, Nick who was sat next to me said that the lobster course would be the hardest from a banqueting point of view. I sat back and watched him take the first taste, taking his time to take in the flavours, then he went on to clear the plate adding a little for the jug on the side. To follow that with beef that was cooked to perfection was a real plus.
The staff were very efficient, friendly and timings even better than predicted. Yes these guys are very hard to please, well done all... you did it."
