The Village at Lyons offers unique corporate team building days which can be exclusively tailored to suit your company requirements.
Our state of the art cookery school is suitably equipped and designed to provide the perfect setting to work in pairs , improve your cooking skills interact with your fellow colleagues while having a fun day out.
Corporate cooking classes are available Tuesday to Friday in the morning, afternoon or evening and we are able to accommodate up to 20 students (with a minimum booking of 10)
We can offer both 1 day cookery classes from 10am-4pm and also shorter team building courses lasting up to 2-4 hours.
All of the cookery classes are hands on and would involve working in pairs with the best team winning an overall prize! Each student has their own work station and will be provided with all of their own ingredients and recipes to take home.
All menus for courses are tailored based on your preferences, seasonal ingredients, and any dietary restrictions.
All demonstrations are interactive with a huge emphasis that all students further develop their cooking skills and have a positive experience at the school.

Gourmet Corporate Day
The ultimate corporate day… start your day in the cookery school in the morning and work throughout the day in teams of two preparing your three course lunch. All courses can be tailored to a particular theme e.g. – the Italian Feast or the Gourmet Irish corporate day. In the evening take a cocktail making class followed by a tantalizing gourmet dinner in La Serre restaurant.

Supper Evening
If you can’t get away from the office for a full day then why not take advantage of our corporate evening package, arrive in the afternoon at our onsite meeting room and then regroup at 7pm in the Cookery School with Clodagh to cook a delicious supper for the team!
